Via Melissa McCart’s twitter, My Life Is A Series Of Liquids. A delightfully precious inventory of one foodie’s liquid life. I’m with the author/artist as far as coffee and red wine go, but I drink water like it’s going out of style. My other sustaining liquids would probably be club soda, campari, beer and olive oil. What are yours?

  1. l'huile de alligator pear

    1. water
    2. coffee
    3. avocado oil

i wonder why avocado oil is not as popular as olive oil. it has one of the highest smoke points ~ 500 degrees.
i find that olive oil kind of burns in my throat…but avocado oil is absolutely smooth. it has a real richness to it, and yet, it also has a delightful lightness.
it is extremely healthy, and when you are not cooking with it, it is a wonderfully healthy moisturizer for your skin!
(if something isnt safe enough to eat, dont put it on your skin day after day. your skin deserves safe and healthy liquids too.)

  2. - Coffee
    - Red wine
    - Publix brand sparkling lemon/lime water
    - Kalahari Reserve Red Tea

  3. -Coffee (16 oz per day, in a large steel mug. Finishing it right now!)
-Flavored sparkling water (strawberry kiwi is best, but I’ll also take black cherry or berry flavors), and about 16-20 oz of filtered tap per day with meals/meds
    -Olive oil
    -Salad dressing
    -Maker’s Mark

  4. Whiskey, water, coffee, beer. In that order. I’m so boringly predictable.
